This is not just the best car repair business I have ever experienced it's one of the best business I have ever come across in any sector. From giving me a quote to carrying out the repairs they have been nothing but 100% professional. Recently took my wife's car to JTT for exhaust and front disc replacement never having used them before, and I discovered why there are so many good reviews here! I had a very sick car and arrived at 7am on Friday, needing the car for a 200mile drive at 1pm the same day. I cannot praise highly enough the friendliness and professionalism of both of the staff I saw. They managed to diagnose the fault, get the parts and fit them in time for me to make my trip. Their approach and 'can do' attitude, saved me having to hire a car at vast expense. I would and have, recommend(ed) them wholeheartedly.

My Mini Cooper R56 was booked in for a service yesterday and completed this afternoon. From start to finish the service was impeccable as well as the professionalism from all staff. Best garage I've used..always helpful and completely trustworthy, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They've sorted out so many issues with my poor old car and the work is always good and reasonably priced.. very happy with the service side of things too with both family cars. I confidently recommend them to friends and family, never doubted their integrity which is so unusual with garages these days! Proper garage, friendly staff and fair prices.

Over several days Dave and his team diligently worked to solve the issue I had with my Qashqai. Only replaced parts when they had to - taking the time to be sure. Fairly priced. Highly recommended.
Just had the car MOT/serviced again and was impressed by their level of expert advice and flexibility in balancing what needed to be done with what could be done - knowing unexpected bills can be a challenge in this climate.
